As the CEO and founder of Seguro Payment Solutions, Connie Ramirez is responsible for running all facets of the business. Connie has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience in various fields, most noteworthy in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, import & export, duty-free and property development.
Her involvement and experience having single handedly establishing and managing the various companies she owns in the above fields speaks volumes about her tenacity and commitment to business ideas that she believes in and is passionate about.
Through being an entrepreneur all her life Connie has developed natural skills in identifying the next big opportunity within a domestic arena but her sights are long not limited to the local market but rather her vision has grown and includes the African continent as a whole.
TWAPEWA MWASHINDANGE
Non-Executive Director - Legal
Twapewa Mwashindange is an admitted Legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia. She specializes in Banking and Finance, Corporate, Commercial, Mining, and Energy Law. She has acted for both local and international clients in a variety of industries, including the mining, diamond cutting and polishing, energy, insurance, financial and business services industries. Her experience includes advising on the compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2004 and other regulatory legislation.
Twapewa is also experienced in drafting and reviewing a number of general commercial agreements, loan facilities, security agreements, guarantees and other credit support
